EBO Group, Inc. Receives 2009 Crain’s Leading Edge Award

Kent, OH – EBO Group, Inc., a Sharon Center manufacturer, received one of 96 Leading Edge Awards presented by the Entrepreneurs EDGE and Crain’s Cleveland Business. In its third year, this prestigious award was created and developed by The Entrepreneurs EDGE to recognize value-creating middle-market companies in the region. Recognized companies operate within the 17 counties of Northeast Ohio and generate revenues up to $750 million, a portion required to be outside the region. Over 300 people gathered at Kent State University on May 20, 2009 to honor these value-creating companies. This marks the second consecutive year that EBO Group, Inc. has been honored with this award

Keith Nichols, President of EBO Group, Inc. accepted the award which was presented by Kirk Neiswander, President of Entrepreneurs Edge and Brian Tucker, Publisher of Crain’s Cleveland Business, sponsor of the event. “On behalf of all the employee owners or EBO Group, we are very are honored to receive this award. With our EBO Process and 100% employee ownership culture, innovation and value creation come from all areas of the company,” said Nichols.
